The Wright brothers weren’t the first…wasn’t it a fellow by the name of Whitehead? And the motor was built by an Australian!! I think the Wright brothers is just a perpetuated urban myth…plenty of evidence around to prove this!

I tried to teach the Wright Brothers about lateral control of an aircraft.  I reasoned that ailerons were better than warping the wing.  They didn’t listen.  Then they had the gall to sue Glen Curtis for putting ailerons on his aircraft.

Please do NOT remove take-off and landing scores. This was done once and I really think it has an affect on the quality of flying. So unless Pattern is going to adopt the take-off 5 maneuvers before the last maneuver there is no reason to eliminate it.
