Yep!  

If anyone took the time to read all the inputs on the weight rule, you can understand why, even though John Fuqua and I knew exactly what a pilot’s airplane weighed at the 2011 F3A World Championships, we were VERY frustrated when we were told to give everyone a 50gm tolerance to the 5000gm limit . We were thaaaaat close to telling them to find someone else to weigh airplanes.
