[NSRCA-discussion] Rules committee review

Monte,

I’m not aware of any protocol, nor was I given any guidance.  However, I think it appropriate for the Committee to send our suggested comments to the current NSRCA President (Joe Walker) to gain his concurrence prior to our sending it to the Chairman of the AMA Contest Board.  Given the March 15th deadline there likely isn’t time for us to do more.
