[NSRCA-discussion] Programer for Futaba BLS S-Bus Servos

What are you guys using to talk to these servos?  I'm not able to get the
CIU-2 to play with a Windows 10 machine (driver problems).  Now I see that
one is discontinued and they're selling a CIU-3.  What works for you?
