Hey guys, it’s my fault…I should have known when I sent the info to Scott….he is an innocent victim of my lapse in memory…I should have known as well because I flew all of Ron’s planes including the Tiger Tail that he gave me years ago when I lost mine….

Scott, if you can send a correct copy to Ron, I’d be happy to take care of any cost.

All,

 

 A mistake was made on the caption for the cover of the January 2018 issue which was emailed to all members early this morning.  The caption read that Ron Chidgey's airplane was the Typhoon, it is not.  It is the Tiger Tail that he won the 1971 and 1972 NATS with.  Thank you, Tony Stillman, for catching that and I sincerely apologize it wasn't caught in proof.  Although it's too late to catch it for the print version, I have corrected the error on the digital copy that can be downloaded from our website.

 

Jay Gerber, if you want a printed copy that reads correctly or if anyone is in touch with Ron, I'll be glad to have a copy printed for him.  I'm really sorry, y'all.
