Thanks Don,

Thank you for all the help to allow me to fly in the Nats. Needless to say I was not in the best form to be competing. It was more or less and experiment to determine if the CD could really compete. The answer is an absolute NO!

Way too much to do.

Mike

Subject: [NSRCA-discussion] Pattern NATS- Shout out to Mike

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mike Harrison, Peter Vogel, Tim Jesky, Jeff Hill, Monty, Derek, Scott and so many more who helped Mike realize his vision and helped make this NATS happen. It was truly a memorable and unique event, and I learned much more about this country's history by talking to the many folks who flew the B52 aircraft and the crews that maintain and kept (keep) them alert-ready over the last 57 years. I also learned a few things about Ron Chidgey I had not known and got to thank him for his contributions (having built a couple of Typhoons back in the day). I've been motivated to do a write up when I get home on NATS experiences.

I'd also like to thank Peter for his Unknowns Generator. Peter menioned the cost it takes to keep that site up and running- something on the order of $80 per month. I will paypal a dontation when I get home to help cover the expenses of this site. It was very useful tool in our preparing for the NATS.

Cheers,
Don
