[NSRCA-discussion] Sportsman

We know that Sportsman is a provisional event for AMA and is therefore not
"offered" at the NATS.    I suggest that NSRCA fully sponsor Sportsman at
the Blytheville Nats.     Maybe this will help up the attendance and help up
the enthusiasm.
