[NSRCA-discussion] Practice Day - Electronic Scoring/Scribe - Judging - Practice Flying

Hello all,

Just a quick e-mail.  The RC Barnstormers Club approved that we can use the
field on Friday May 7 for this event.  May 14 could be used as a rain day.
The field will be open for other club members but usually we are very few
flying during the weekend.  Here is the preliminary plan:  I am thinking to
start the actual practice after lunch around 1 PM so give a chance for
those that would like to travel on Saturday morning.  I will plan to get
there around 9 AM to set up the electronic scoring system.  You are welcome
to come at that time.  I strongly suggest that those that are CD in other
contest attend so I can explain details how to use the system.  I would
like to set up as a real contest.  If you are planing to attend please let
me know so I preload your name and class that you are flying in the
computer.

The only pre-requisite to participate is that all take the NSRCA judging
*before* coming.  Here the link:

Please help me to get this e-mail to all.  I don't think I got the e-mails
for everybody.
