[NSRCA-discussion] Drone for (short) commutes

Any aircraft weighing under 247 lbs. requires no licensing to fly....unless carrying more than one person (pilot).  Ultralights fall into this category.

I'm not sure I would call it "manned" -- the user has no control other than
telling it to "takeoff" and "pause flight" and "land"
