It's more like an activity license requiring operator identification on or in the vehicle than a product or application registration. I made ID labels to be attached with clear packaging tape, inside or outside that included the also required AMA number.

The FAA encourages modelers to stay below 400' to lessen the probability of conflict with manned aircraft. Modelers are required to give way and may not interfere with manned aircraft.
