[NSRCA-discussion] Judge certification tests

Hi everyone,

The newly revised judge certification materials and tests are available on
the NSRCA website.  These tests incorporate all the changes to the AMA and
F3 (A and P) rules that became effective on January 1, 2016.

If you are an NSRCA member then these tests are free to take - if you are
not an NSRCA member then access to the materials and tests is $5.  Since
the AMA rules are now synced up with the FAI in terms of timing, all
certifications are valid until the end of 2017.

http://nsrca.us/index.php/judging will take you to the judging page where
you'll be able to download the material (or sign up to download the
material) and then take the tests.
