[NSRCA-discussion] FAA RESPONCE to MY LETTER

This is the FAA's Responce to my letter.Thank you for your inquiry. The FAA recognizes that community-based organizations may have safety guidelines for operations above that altitude. The FAA encourages modelers to stay below 400' to lessen the probability of conflict with manned aircraft. Modelers are required to give way and may not interfere with manned aircraft.
