[NSRCA-discussion] Matt Kebabjian

Years ago, Tony Stallman, Matt and I got together and formulated the first NSRCA judge evaluation program.  I remember Matt as intelligent, articulate and extremely motivated.  Matt wrote the first announcement regarding the judge evaluation program for the K-Factor and, the last time I looked, you could still see it on the NSRCA website judging section.
