Yes, you want them to come to temp or ambient before you charge. I typically wait two hours before re charging after removed from fridge.

I would think that cold would increase the internal resistance and therefor generate more heat (at least initially) if you charged them cold. It would probably slow the charging down due to making harder to balance the individual cells until it warmed up to room temp.

What about if you store them in the fridge during the week. Should they warm to room temp before charging or is charging them cold OK?

Apparently you guys never put them on charge when they're hot!! Then they definitely cool down while charging. :)
