[NSRCA-discussion] October K-Factor

The October K-Factor is available for download on the NSRCA site.
Remember, you can start renewing now for 2016 and if you'd like the paper
K-Factor, you'll need to set your choice in  your profile to "Y".  If you
want the paper K-Factor but don't want to be bothered with changing your
profile, please let myself, Derek, or Charlie know.  We will gladly set it
for you.  This needs to be done AFTER you renew, however.

The October printer version is running a little late.
