All,

I have released the December K-Factor a little early for the Thanksgiving
holiday as well as the fact that December is DVP election month.  Online
voting will open Dec. 1 but if you'd like to download your digital K-Factor
and mail your ballot to Charlie, it's available.

All online ballots must be in by 12.31.15 and all mail-in ballots must be
postmarked by 12.31.15 and to Charlie no later than 1.10.16.  You may only
vote for a candidate in your District.  Only D3, D5, and D7 have candidates
that are running.  D2 has no one running.  D1, D4, D6, and D8 all have
incumbents and no opposition.  Per the By Laws, these districts do not
require a vote in this case.
