[NSRCA-discussion] Great K-Factor

I just wanted to say thank you to all the people behind this month's K-Factor. Peter Vogel's article on TBL is excellent, I encourage everyone to read so you understand the principles and why it is a valuable tool for fair scoring. In case you did not know it, TBL is used for the NATS Finals in FAI and Masters. Those are the only NATS events with enough judges to make TBL possible.
