[NSRCA-discussion] Website will be down for awhile tonight!

The NSRCA site will be down for a short time at 2am (EST) as it moves from
one environment to another at our hosting service.  We are being assigned a
new IP address and this will take about an hour or so to propagate across
to all the DNS servers out there.
