[NSRCA-discussion] February K-Factor

The February edition of the K-Factor is now available for download on
NSRCA.  Note that we have changed the website to a newer format.  Make sure
to log in and browse to the K-Factors and then the link to download your
copy will be in the upper right corner of the document vs. below like it
was before the change.  The log in function is now on the left hand side of
the home page under "F3A Team Donation".   The "log out" button will be at
the very top right corner of your browser window when you're ready to log
out.
