[NSRCA-discussion] Membership renewal notices and expiration notices

Hi everyone,

 

Happy New Year to everyone on the list!  I hope that the New Year will be a
safe, happy and rewarding one for you!

 

I have to apologize for the renewal notices and expiration notices that were
emailed out early this morning.  We implemented new membership software in
September last year and we didn't realize that it was going to be so user
unfriendly for our membership - especially in the notification part of the
software.  If you've already renewed and received an expiration notice -
please ignore it.

 

We're going to ensure that whatever membership software we use going forward
will work effectively for us and with as little pain as possible for our
members.
