Disagree. It only shows that the arming plug is disconnected. Most arming plug systems can be easily bypassed inside the airplane, so the presence or absence of the plug proves nothing. That is why FAI requires the batteries to be disconnected; arming plugs don't suffice.
I have both the receiver battery switch and battery disconnect under the canopy, so I'm more likely to disconnect the batteries when I turn off the receiver.
