[NSRCA-discussion] Judge Ranking

I missed the rankings in the President's November column.
The judge ranking methodology on the NSRCA web site is what Tony Stillman, Matt Kebabjian and I came up with in 2002/2003. Are they still being used as they were published in Don Ramsey’s judging column in 2003?
