[NSRCA-discussion] Website is back up again

If you renewed in early October and got a renewal reminder e-mail recently,
please send a quick e-mail to charlie barrera (CC'ed above) there was a
small window during which the renewals were still going to 2015 before
Derek had a chance to update the renewal year on the site.
