[NSRCA-discussion] Website is back up again

Hi everyone,

I apologize for the website issues!  It turns out that when our host moved
our website from a shared server environment to a cloud environment, a
cache setting in the cloud environment is enabled by default (to speed up
the websites)... it turns out that this "varnish-cache" product did not
play well with our website and caused all sorts of issues (as we found
out).  Our host has disabled this cache and I'm hoping that this has
resolved all the login issues we've been having over the last month or so.
