Ron,
Jon Carter and I answered this on this list the last time you asked on Feb 2nd. NSRCA compiles the lists, and submits them to AMA, who submits to FAI. Plus the lists have been in the Presidents column in the KFactor. Nothing new, nothing secret, published in the official magazine of NSRCA, and the criteria is the same as it has been as published on the NSRCA website.

My name was on the list in 2013 and 2014 and the organizers of the event used that list for the selection of judges at the F3P WC. The organizer selected all the judges from the approved list of judges and this list is then approved by CIAM at their meeting in November last year.

It was a great learning experience and a great time meeting in person many internet friends. The competition level was extremely high, and the US Team finished a very respectable 5th out of 18 Teams. Not too bad for the first appearance of the US on the F3P international stage.
