[NSRCA-discussion] New Pattern Guys on RC Today Show Podcast

Check this out-  Scott McHarg (the only pattern guy in his club) held a
pattern contest and at least three contestants were brand new to pattern.
One guy in Intermediate, and two in Sportsman.  One Sportsman guy starts
practicing a week before the contest and nearly wins it flying an Extreme
Flight Laser.  Other Sportsman guy is flying an electrified Kaos 40, doing
well without any practice, he gets all pumped up, wins a round, and then
buys an RTF 2m Vanquish off the field to get serious about it.   What could
be better than that?  Well, how about if they have their own regular RC
podcast show and tell the whole world about how much fun they had flying
pattern?!  This is after the contest and with Scott as a guest, these guys
brim with enthusiasm and energy as they describe how much fun they had in
their first experience with pattern.  Great ambassadorship on Scott's part
turned into something contagious that Bobby and Chris are helping to spread.
