[NSRCA-discussion] Certified Judging List

I'm having trouble bringing up the certified judging list. Seems to imply
that I'm not a member even though I'm logged in. 

 

Hopefully, I'll be credited with passing the FAI Certification test I just
took. 

 

Nice job on making the test more user friendly!
