One thing to add to Earl's note . . . . while the deadline to enter the F3A Team Trial is is the start of the pilot's meeting Sunday, July 20, the deadline for NATS entry is July 7, 2014.

A reminder to those planning on competing in the F3A Team 
Selections at the Nats that the last day for event entry before the fees 
increase is July 1, the $20 fee (waived for juniors) then doubles to $40. The 
Program fee (required) increased to $50 June 1. Entries will be accepted until 
the start of the pilots meeting Sunday but please don’t wait until the last 
minute!
 
I’ve attached an entry form for your convenience.
