It looks like Spamcop was true to their word and removed that block of
outgoing Hotmail servers from their list.  Both of the servers I checked
yesterday are showing clean today.  The list server uses (and has been
using) a couple DNS based anti-spam measures as well as an open source
anti-virus package to try and ensure only legitimate, messages make it
through.  In Mike's case yesterday, one of Hotmail's outgoing mail
server subnets ended up getting themselves listed by Spamcop and so his
email to the list was blocked until Hotmail's servers were de-listed.
