[NSRCA-discussion] F3A Ice Cream Social at the Nats

I'm not sure everyone enjoying the ice cream was aware of Mike's 
sponsorship since we didn't have an F3A Unlimited banner to put up at 
the Ice cream stand.
The Ice Cream Social has been an ongoing part of the Nats for a while 
and F3A has been kind enough to sponsor the event for the last four years.
