[NSRCA-discussion] Can't Download K Factor

Everything is fixed now… after I moved the website to a new host, the location of the K-Factors got reset to a default value and I had to modify it back to the location where all the files are stored.

I did read that they were changing a couple items on the server and etc. Maybe that's the issue ?
