Takes me about 2 weeks to remember it then I fly it the other direction requiring about another week to be able to fly reverse direction back to back.

I memorize the sequence and usually don’t have trouble remembering it, except when I find myself struggling in a maneuver. Then I often forget what’s next.

I eventually do, I just find it much easier to remember when it's baked in by actually flying it end to end.

Your best bet is to put your phone in your back pocket and swing your hips around in a big circle - like you're trying to start a hoola-hoop. Make sure you're getting at least 8"-12" of diameter with each swing. I know it looks funny at first, but I'm sure you'll have it down by the time Andersonville rolls around.
Also remember, due to Coriolis Effect, that a clockwise circle will cycle the app to the next maneuver, and counter-clockwise will go back. Side to side will repeat. The bigger you can shake it, the better it works.
