Your best bet is to put your phone in your back pocket and swing your hips around in a big circle - like you're trying to start a hoola-hoop. Make sure you're getting at least 8"-12" of diameter with each swing. I know it looks funny at first, but I'm sure you'll have it down by the time Andersonville rolls around. Also remember, due to Coriolis Effect, that a clockwise circle will cycle the app to the next maneuver, and counter-clockwise will go back. Side to side will repeat. The bigger you can shake it, the better it works.
