Just be aware Google has its issues also. If you don't have a mobile number or texting service they don't want you to open an account anymore.

Just go to Google and set up a free Gmail account

Well Tom, I have an ATT e-mail account who uses Yahoo. And I'm paying for
it as part of ATT-Uverse. Is isn't like I can just say good-by to U-Verse
as it is bundled with TV and phone.

As far as the NSRCA list is concerned, is there any account service that
would not be subject to the technical issues you are making us aware of?
In other words, where can we possibly go???

Folks, if you are using a Yahoo mail address and you participate in ANY
mailing lists, you probably should get a new mail account somewhere else.
In a nutshell, Yahoo made a change over the weekend that potentially breaks
posting to mailing lists from Yahoo addresses.

Here are the technical details for those so inclined, but suffice to say if
you currently rely on a Yahoo email account for important communication, I
would strongly recommend establishing a new account somewhere else.
