I need some education if you please.  

 I am using Microsoft Outlook 2010, then does that mean that can I set up my
e-mail like what is described below?

Any type of subscription.  Here are the settings:
Incoming IMAP
Server: imap-mail.outlook.com
Server port: 993
Encryption: SSL
Outgoing SMTP
Server: smtp-mail.outlook.com
Server port: 587
Encryption:  TLS
