[NSRCA-discussion] P15... And judging FAI

All sounds good.

As usual, Masters pilots almost always get to judge FAI, so I feel the need to know what I'm looking at, of course. The comments I made earlier are simply the comments of the guys I judged but I haven't flown P-15 to amp it and time it myself. Will do it this fall.
At any rate, the F-15 has so many elements happening in rapid succession and combination that it will be necessary to really study it and run through it with the stick plane several times, so nothing is missed. Almost looks to me that flying the F-15 "big" is going to help having enough time to do everything and getting a clean round…agree with Anthony…lots of battery.

I'm lucky to have 3 Masters pilots (2 Advanced and an Intermediate learning Advanced) at my club field so I know the Masters/Advanced routines as well as I know the FAI patterns (makes it easy to judge Masters for me) but that's not the case everywhere. Should Masters pilots (and this would work for all classes) study and learn both of the FAI patterns? What do others do?
