21x13E from APC will slow down pretty good compared to 20.5x14.5

What props are you guys using on (that have) the Silver Bullet motors (even in a Vanquish) to keep it 'slow'. A 20.5-14.5 pylon prop doesn't seem to be the answer lol. Thanks
