I usually cut and paste something like this into a word document. That also allows me to edit the format to something that fits in my pocket with P on one side and F the other. Just make sure your caller knows which one to use.

Is it possible to edit the call sheets before they are generated? Meaning, could the wording be changed as people may want different things said?

Attached P-15 and F-15 to share. Print, fold in half and laminate. Your more seasoned callers will appreciate the large print!
