[NSRCA-discussion] LI-IO packs

As Daniel pointed out and just now, a return call from Revolectrix, the
Fromeco website says 7.4 - 8.4 V and charge at .5-1C.  Along with Ken's
advice of chemistry equalling voltage cutoffs, I believe the correct
setting will be the LiPo 2 cell unbalanced setting.  Thanks for y'alls time.
