That's correct.  This feature is already there.  It's up to the DVP's to
actually put it in place when contests are entered.  Each contest should be
located on the NSRCA site.  It's just a matter of getting the job done by
those entering the contests.

upper/left corner of the page.  You can look at the contest schedule, as
well as preregister for a contest and look to see who else will be there.  I
believe this was developed by D-3's Ken Blackwell
