Many thanks to Don for his dedicated service! He said I would pay for recommending him for the position and now I guess I am! Seriously though, I look forward to being able to continue to contribute to pattern.

At the NSRCA Board of Directors (BoD) meeting last night, Don Atwood announced his intention of stepping down as NSRCA Vice President at the end of this year.  As you will recall, Don stepped in mid term a couple of years ago.  Don has been a great VP, keeping me straight, being a sounding board, and establishing and maintaining the NSRCA officers calendar.  I will miss Don on the NSRCA Board of Directors.

 

I nominated, and the NSRCA BoD unanimously approved, Jon Carter to replace Don as NSRCA VP until the Executive Officer elections at the end of next year.  Jon is terming out as the District 7 DVP at the end of this year, and I wanted to ensure he remained active on the Board.  Please welcome Jon in his new role.  He has been one of my go-to guys when something needed to be done. Jon will retain his duties a Judging Committee chairman.

 

Again, I want to thank Don for all he has done for NSRCA.
