[NSRCA-discussion] Banquet Plans

I don't think I'm going to make it to the Nats this year, but I hope for everyone's sake the plans are different from last year. I say that because last year I paid to attend the banquet (along with several people I traveled with) and we ended up leaving and eating elsewhere because it was too darn crowded in that room.
