[NSRCA-discussion] Mailing list hiccup, apologies, should be back in the pink

No good deed goes unpunished... Updated python on the list server this
morning and inadvertently ran afoul of some Mailman scripts that had the
python version hard coded.

Looking at the logs, 4 messages to the list fell in the bit bucket, so
if you've sent a message today and it didn't show up - please resend.

My apologies.
