[NSRCA-discussion] Cert test - Update

Well it's manual and automatic... the automatic part is that Jon Carter gets
an email letting him know that the person took the test and their grade...
the manual part is waiting to Jon Carter to update the user record.  Since
Jon has a real job that may take a few extra hours... LOL
