[NSRCA-discussion] NATS Judging cert test

et all NSRCA board members.

AS a MEMBER of the NSRCA I make an official request proposing  that the
cert test be changed to ALL multiple choice questions. And that all fill in
the blank questions should be eliminated from the online certification
exam.. Fill in the blank questions should only be allowed for live in
person seminars.

Reading the various posts on the lists.The fill in the are the sticking
point for most of the members..
