Scott, the premise is that you logged into the NSRCA website using your NSRCA credentials (UserID and Password) as a NSRCA member, correct?

Under Judging > Certification, there is a sub-menu of 6 items.  Sign up, Download material, Certification Tests, Re-certification AMA only, FAI only, and Certified Judges List.  All you need to do is select what you need from that list.  This is what you should see in the sub-menu once you're logged on to the site.  You don't need to "Sign-up", just get what you need.
