Looks like my articles in the upcoming Kfactors should help some folks! :) These types of issues are password hacks. Simply go into your account and immediately change your password. I suggest using upper and lower case letters, a number or more and a character like !, @, $. For example:

The more difficult it is, the harder it is for password generating programs that hackers use to figure out. Yahoo and Hotmail seem to get attacked a lot but does not mean even gmail accounts aren't susceptible.
