[NSRCA-discussion] NSRCA "Swoosh" logo

Does anyone know who created the NSRCA "swoosh" logo?  We need to get a copy of the original art, preferably as a vector file, as all I've been able to come up with are fairly low resolution bitmaps.  

The swoosh logo, rather than the old shield, was adopted as our official logo in a vote by the NSRCA Board in June, 2012.   It has been around for awhile, at least since 2005 or so.
