[NSRCA-discussion] 2013 NATS dates

With all due respect to a very nice guy and a guy very involved with what
goes on, I do not necessarily agree with your reason being over. The NSRCA
does not have much say on how it is run at all. I will admit that they, at
the very least, listen to our concerns now but the AMA runs the show.
