Hi Ryan.. 
 
Separate strike. Occurred at 11 thou. Pilot injured but landed safely. Plane appears totaled.  As you know inches make a world of difference and never more apparent than in aviation accidents.

  If the images are what I'm thinking they are, that "goose" was actually a Cessna 180. The people in the 180 were killed. I can pull up the  NTSB report shortly.
